Tealated Tea

Tealated is an online shop that sells loose leaf tea. They offer many different types of tea. I may be addicted to coffee but I also have a love of tea. In the past I have tried black tea, green tea, and chai tea. I was excited to try the new tea Tealated has given me.

Tealated Loose Leaf Tea

Each pouch comes with enough for a few cups of tea. The directions say to use a tablespoon. Each pouch has steeping times on them also. You can use tea bags which can be found here at the Tealated shop. You can choose to shop by tea categories such as black teas, green teas, or many others. You can also get a tea sampler for yourself or as a gift. The sampler comes with 11 different types of tea. I think this is a perfect gift for a tea lover.

Another thing I love about Tealated, besides their tea of course, is they give back. They donate 3% of their sales to Water.org which is a great charity to help find solutions for safe water and sanitation. I think it is wonderful when businesses and brands give back. It makes me happy to shop with them.

Another tea I enjoy is Oolong Tea. It has many health benefits and is a tea I can drink without adding anything to it. If you would like to learn more about different teas go to the Tealated blog. You can learn all about each tea you drink.

There is something nice about drinking loose leaf tea. It tastes better then what you buy in the store. I think if you never tried tea this way before, you should give it a shot.

Netflix Original Series Dragons: Race to the Edge

Dragons: Race to the Edge

Netflix has come out with another great original series. Dragons: Race to the Edge has Hiccup and Toothless going on all new adventures. There will be new dragons with new abilities. I don't know about you but we are big fans of How to Train Your Dragon. We love dragons of any kind. And Toothless is super cute! We started to watch a couple of the episodes and so far they are a lot of fun. Check out this exciting trailer.

How to Train Your Dragon 2

If you haven't seen How To Train Your Dragon 2 yet, I suggest you do. This one is sweet, but I won't tell you why. I love when movies have things you wouldn't expect. Dream Works never fails to entertain. The quality of animation is well done. It is adventure packed.

doTERRA Essential Oils Review and Giveaway

I was able to try Peppermint, Lemon, and Lavender essential oils. Lavender has been a long time favorite of mine. 

What I like about Lavender:

-scent

-promotes general sense of well being

-calming

-can be applied to reflex points

What I like about Lemon:

-use to remove gum

-wood stain

-invigorating scent

What I like about Peppermint:

-works as an energizer

-stimulating to the mind

-may help motion sickness

There are a ton of other possible benefits for essential oil use. These are just a few things that I like about these oils. If I get a cold, I look to natural remedies first. Before I had my kiddos I went to a school to learn about Acupuncture. I never finished the program but I do believe that alternative medicine and natural remedies can work. Of course, Doctors are important also.

Target Free Events

Children's Museum of Manhattan

Target has sponsored events in your near by city. I searched NYC area and found a few free events for the kids. Look here

for events in your area. 

If you live near New York City you can check out Children's Museum of Manhattan on the first Friday of every month in the evening. I have never been there but free sounds good to me.

Skip Hop Backpack

I really love this Skip Hop Forma backpack in black. My kids are not babies anymore but one is still using diapers. Plus, when you go out this would be a good size to put wipes and snacks in also. I normally go for bags that are black because they go with most of my outfits.
