Marinated Steak Dinner Two Ways

Steak, Noodles, & Green Beans

We are very much meat eaters.  Steak is one of our favorite foods to eat.  Steak is of course more expensive than chicken so we can't always splurge on it.  One night my hubby and I decided to have our steak in a bowl and in lettuce wraps.

For The Bowl:

-Noodles (Asian style)
-Green Beans (Fresh)

Put ingredients into pan and stir fry.  I used a flat griddle pan to cook the steak and then threw the noodles and beans on after the steak was cooked.  It is simple and tastes good.

Lettuce Wraps

For the Wraps:

-Big Pieces of Lettuce

Steak Marinade:

-Soy Sauce
-Brown Sugar
-Rice Vinegar
-sesame oil

If you like a little heat in your food, add some chili paste. The longer you let it marinate, the better the steak will taste.  I don't measure when making a marinade.  Everything is to taste or preference of what you may like.

These are two simple meals to make.  Depending on steak prices near you, it could be an inexpensive meal too.  I try to make our meals for under $5.00.
