Dragons: Race to the Edge

Netflix has come out with another great original series. Dragons: Race to the Edge has Hiccup and Toothless going on all new adventures. There will be new dragons with new abilities. I don't know about you but we are big fans of How to Train Your Dragon. We love dragons of any kind. And Toothless is super cute! We started to watch a couple of the episodes and so far they are a lot of fun. Check out this exciting trailer.

How to Train Your Dragon 2

If you haven't seen How To Train Your Dragon 2 yet, I suggest you do. This one is sweet, but I won't tell you why. I love when movies have things you wouldn't expect. Dream Works never fails to entertain. The quality of animation is well done. It is adventure packed.

What adventures have you and your family been on this summer?

doTERRA Essential Oils Review and Giveaway

Update-doTerra now has new policies in place. They don't want their photos being used on blogs that are not their own. I edited this post so I wouldn't have to delete the entire thing. In my reviews, I always use my own opinions. I never make false claims and I never claim any sort of medical use.

I was able to try Peppermint, Lemon, and Lavender essential oils. Lavender has been a long time favorite of mine.

What I like about Lavender:

-scent

-promotes general sense of well being

-calming

-can be applied to reflex points

What I like about Lemon:

-use to remove gum

-wood stain

-invigorating scent

What I like about Peppermint:

-works as an energizer

-stimulating to the mind

-may help motion sickness

There are a ton of other possible benefits for essential oil use. These are just a few things that I like about these oils. If I get a cold, I look to natural remedies first. Before I had my kiddos I went to a school to learn about Acupuncture. I never finished the program but I do believe that alternative medicine and natural remedies can work. Of course, Doctors are important also.

Do you use essential oils? If you would like to try one be sure to enter this giveaway for Wild Orange.

Giveaway is open to US and 18+.
Giveaway is now over. Winner was chosen and emailed.

Skip Hop Backpack

I really love this Skip Hop Forma backpack in black. My kids are not babies anymore but one is still using diapers. Plus, when you go out this would be a good size to put wipes and snacks in also. I normally go for bags that are black because they go with most of my outfits.
You can find this stylish bag on Amazon.

EggDrop Subscription Box Review

We received a complimentary EggDrop box to review. My kids absolutely love watching surprise egg and toy openings on YouTube. This is such a fun subscription to get for the kids.

EggDrop Subscription Box

EggDrop is a subscription box that will deliver you monthly toy surprises. You will find all sorts of fun brands. My kids favorite was Shopkins from Moose toys.

Inside

Inside the box:

-Kinder Joy

-Shopkins Season 3 basket

-Marvel Spiderman

-TMNT egg

-Minions mystery bag

-Fashems Frozen Surprise

Season 3 Shopkins

Do your kids know Shopkins toys? It is amazing how addicting these cute little collectibles can be. Even I get excited to see what's inside the bags. So, who did we get?

Wild Carrot and Chatter

We got Wild Carrot and Chatter. Our first two characters from the new season. I love the new basket design and coloring.

Minion

We got this cute little Minion. Perfect timing too. The new movie trailers are adorable. I sometimes call my children minions since they can act quite silly.

Iron man

Inside the Marvel Spiderman mystery, we got Iron man. My son likes Iron Man. He was happy about this one.

Inside the TMNT egg we got some hard candy. The Kinder Joy egg was devoured by my son. I didn't even get a taste. The toy was a little girl figure with stickers to decorate.

Fashems Frozen

OK, this was inside the Fashems Frozen surprise. My son thinks its the boy character Kristoff. I only saw the movie once. I know I'm terrible to not have gotten on the Frozen wagon. I'm old school for my love of The Little Mermaid.

Overall, we all agree this was a good box. If your kids enjoy surprises this would be the perfect subscription for them.

Price: $19.99 per month
Most toy subscription boxes fall in the same price range. Believe me, we have tried them.
